Role Summary

We’re seeking a mission-driven clinician who wants to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced with longer visits, meaningful relationships, and less red tape. As a DPC clinician, you will manage a member panel, deliver whole-person care, and deliver an entirely new experience for patients and employers. 

All Licensure levels accepted (APRN, PA, MD, DO). This position is Monday - Friday, no holidays/weekends. Willingness to provide coverage is appreciated. Annual pay starts at $100k and is open to discussion. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, relationship-centered primary care in a membership model.
• Practice through in-person visits, virtual care, secure messaging, and supportive care navigation.
• Manage a member panel with a focus on health and prevention, chronic disease management, and easy access.
• Collaborate tightly with the Medical Director to improve outcomes.
• Model and uphold our four values in every interaction with colleagues, members, and partners.
• Participate in process improvement, pilot innovation, and evolve our delivery model.

Required Qualifications

• All Licensure Levels accepted
• Commitment to the DPC philosophy of time, access, relationships, and member-first care.
• Ability to provide care: in-person and virtual.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent practice skills.
• Desire to grow, improve, and help shape the future of primary care.

Status: Full-time, Contract - Pay starts at $100k and is negotiable.
