Full Time Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing and coordinating patient care in a hospital-based setting with some outpatient duties. Key Responsibilities Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care and adherence to standards of practice. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years hospital-based NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology. Current NJ license, DEA, and CDS in good standing. Knowledge of gastroenterology medical and drug information. Certification in BLS and ACLS. Ability to obtain hospital privileges. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records and MS Office. Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Additional Requirements Demonstrate strong patient service, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
