Clear Choice Resources is seeking a Med/Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Fairfield, IA to start on 8/10/2026. This assignment is for a 13 weeks contract. You will be working 3 days per week, 12 hours per shift and on Nights. This position offers a pay range of $2,124.00 to $2,254.00 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Med/Surg / Tele RN, you'll care for general patients while also monitoring their heart rhythms.
