- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Prepare repair orders and service estimates
- Coordinate between customers and technicians
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Help create an outstanding dealership experience
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Open availability, including Saturdays
- Competitive earning potential: $64,000 - $161,000+ annually
