About the job Private Swim Instructor
InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients, you set the schedule! With the ability to choose what clients to work with and to get paid within a 24 hour period after each lesson, there's really no better choice out there!
- Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
- Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
- Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
- Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
- Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
- Ensure safety of the student at all times.
- Set Your Own Schedule : Work when it's convenient for you with flexibility
- Travel Locally : Decide your preferred travel radius.
- Fast Payment : Get paid within 24 hours via PayPal or other methods.
- Insurance Coverage : InstaSwim adds you to our general liability policy.
- Client Opportunities : Receive client matches regularly based on your area and availability.
- Background Check: We cover the cost!
- Quick Start : Can begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview (based on onboarding).
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation.
- Swim instruction equipment if need be.
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
- Clear a background check.
- Earn $40-$70 per 1 Hour lesson.
- Payments are processed quickly to ensure you're rewarded for your efforts.
