Program Manager, Customer Advocacy

Leading the end-to-end customer reviews strategy, the full-time remote Program Manager, Customer Advocacy will transform customer evidence into a strategic engine for market proof and competitive differentiation while collaborating across teams to enhance marketing narratives and sales enablement. Key responsibilities Lead the customer review strategy across platforms like Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and G2, ensuring a continuous and strategic program Manage the customer review calendar, aligning review generation with analyst evaluation cycles and market priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote customer reviews and integrate them into marketing initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including 3-5 years in customer advocacy or analyst relations Experience managing third-party review platforms and analyzing metrics related to customer reviews Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment Experience supporting analyst evaluations such as Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and customer advocacy platforms; background in SaaS or enterprise technology marketing is a plus
