What You’ll Be Doing Develop detailed estimates and proposals for BAS, EMS, and HVAC controls projects Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to clearly define project scope Perform digital takeoffs and build accurate cost models with strong margin awareness Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, support customer conversations, and manage CRM activity Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids Assist with RFIs, scope clarifications, and bid‑day strategy to reduce risk Support positioning of automation solutions with engineers, contractors, and end users What You Bring 3+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or energy systems Ability to read construction documents and perform digital takeoffs Strong Excel skills and understanding of project costing, labor, and margins Organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple bids at once Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
