POSITION BRIEF

The Transaction Analyst will act as the real estate coordinator and single point of contact for the day-to-day client needs; assisting in the processing, coordination, and management of new transactions for assigned tasks. This role ensures accurate data management, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery to our JLL Client. Our TM Analyst will act as the real estate liaison, manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units to efficiently manage the client's portfolio of properties and manage execution and processing of new agreements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing the end-to-end transaction workflow for new lease transactions, amendments, assignments, and terminations.
• Prepare, review, and submit real estate contracts for execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for approvals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information in transaction databases.
• Input, audit, and verify data to ensure consistency with client standards.

• Provide timely written and verbal updates to client regarding contract status.
• Support the Transaction Manager in preparing real estate contracts, closing out database records, or other administrative tasks.

• Conduct research on property details, ownership, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with client's internal departments.

• Uphold high quality standards and data accuracy.
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate, leasing, transactions, or related fields.
• Exposure to reviewing real estate agreements, contracts or technical documents preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in a data-driven environment.
