Pay & Compensation

• $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Paid Training: $1,000/week (2 weeks)
• Starting Role (Intake Specialist): $20 – $30/hour
• Advancement Opportunity: Fast-track to Closer
• Earning Potential: $3,000 – $10,000+ per week (performance-based)

Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks)

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We’re hiring Entry-Level Intake Specialists and provide comprehensive, hands-on training from day one. This role is in a high-volume inbound call environment —no cold calling required.

You’ll develop strong communication skills, learn how to qualify customers, and build a solid foundation to advance into a high-earning closing role.

Qualifications

• Call center, sales, or Auto Warranty experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication skills
