Logistics Specialist

Process all Inter Branch Transfer orders. Process all outside bottler orders. Monitor Vernon inventory for potential Out of Stocks. Assist in dispatching of company drivers.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:30am . Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process pick tickets in SAP.

• Track available company inventories to maintain proper distribution.Insure proper flow of product, equipment and supplies from and to branches.

• Monitor the needs of the branches in terms of IBT loads and adjust as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Maintain an organized filing system for various documents.

• Assist Warehouse Operators as needed.

• Accurately fill out all assigned paperwork.

• Communicate professionally with our customers and branches.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks.Communicate clearly and effectively with Supervisors & Co-workers and Customers.Perform other duties as assigned.

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $27.00 per hour

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Knowledge with SAP system

• Must have the ability to focus and make quick sound decisions.

• Must be able to work independently and/or in a group environment.

• Strong Adaptability & Accountability skills

• Strong organization skills, communication, and analytical skills

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Multi-Tasking

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting for long periods of time; bending and walking to navigate warehouse and inventory; mobility and some lifting.
