The Opportunity

The Head of Client Service is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to ARGA’s global client base and supporting business development efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client Service Delivery Model: Support consistent client service standards across the client lifecycle – from onboarding coordination through ongoing relationship management.
• Regular Client Reporting: Oversee timely, accurate delivery of recurring client reporting, ensuring quality and consistency across formats and regions.
• Client/Client Relations Requests: Manage ad hoc client and consultant service requests, prioritizing workflows and maintaining quality control across the team.
• Strategy Commentary: Write/oversee development of portfolio and market commentary for clients, consultants and prospects.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with firm leadership and CS team to identify process improvement opportunities, set annual milestones, and build quarterly execution plans.
• Legal/Compliance: Review investment management agreements and work with Compliance to meet disclosure requirements for marketing materials.
• Internal Committees: Represent Client Service in firmwide governance, risk, and oversight committees.
• Team Leadership: Lead team development, training and mentorship across junior and mid-level staff. Oversee the Client Services Manager, responsible for:
  • RFP/RFIs/DDQs/Questionnaires: Lead end-to-end process for completing, reviewing, and submitting all questionnaires and information requests.
  • Consultant Databases: Maintain consultant database content and reporting.
  • Marketing Materials: Manage production of ARGA publications and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 15 years of management experience in asset management or investment consulting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, paired with strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Strong leadership skills and openness to learn.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office and familiarity with investment data/portfolio analytics platforms (eg. FactSet, eVestment, etc.)

Compensation

Total compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience, skills, and contribution. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. Compensation may also vary based on education, training, and market conditions.
