Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist – Golf KZG | San Diego, California Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually + performance-based bonuses KZG is looking for a creative, technologically savvy and entrepreneurial marketer who wants the opportunity to help build the next stage of growth for an established golf equipment company. This is not simply a social-media job . We are looking for someone who can help us grow the KZG brand in the U.S. and internationally—and who is excited by the opportunity to take ideas, put them into action and see the results. KZG has been designing innovative golf equipment for more than 30 years and sells exclusively through highly skilled professional clubfitters and club builders. We are entering an exciting new period of growth, with new patented technology, new products, new marketing initiatives and a new San Diego-area facility. What You’ll Help Us Build You will have the opportunity to work across virtually every area of modern marketing, including: Social media strategy and content YouTube and short-form video Educational golf and club-fitting content Influencer and golf-industry relationships Digital advertising Email marketing and dealer communications SEO and website marketing Publicity and brand development U.S. and international marketing New online and remote-sales initiatives We are a small, entrepreneurial company, which means good ideas don't have to go through six layers of management . If you have a great idea, we can try it. Who We’re Looking For We are open to both experienced marketers and exceptional recent marketing graduates . More important than years of experience is whether you are: Creative and full of ideas Technologically savvy Comfortable with social media and video A strong writer and communicator Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Curious about new marketing technologies Able to take an idea from concept through execution Excited about helping build a brand rather than simply maintaining one A genuine passion for golf is strongly preferred. If you play golf, understand golf equipment, follow golf media or simply love the game, we definitely want to hear from you. Technology Experience with some of the following would be valuable: WordPress, WooCommerce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, SEO, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, Video Editing, Email Marketing, AI Marketing Tools You do not need to know every platform. We care more about your ability to learn quickly and figure things out. A Position That Can Grow For the right person, this could become much more than a marketing position.
