Marketing Coordinator

Marketing ManagerSymmetrio is recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of an innovative startup medical device company experiencing exciting growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, highly organized marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to help build and support marketing operations within a growing organization.The Marketing Manager will support a broad range of marketing activities including trade shows, event coordination, marketing communications, collateral development, project management, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to wear multiple hats within a startup environment.The position will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong execution and organizational skills. This is an ON-SITE, in office position based in the San Diego Metro area. Compensation is $85,000 – $100,000 base salary, depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage trade shows, conferences, and marketing event logisticsSupport development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiativesManage marketing projects from concept through completion while maintaining timelines and deliverablesAssist with creation, coordination, and updates of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and communications materialsCollaborate cross-functionally with commercial, leadership, and operational teamsSupport downstream marketing and general marketing communications activitiesCoordinate vendors, timelines, shipments, and marketing-related logisticsAssist with administrative and operational marketing functions as neededContribute ideas and support a highly collaborative startup cultureQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredApproximately 5–10+ years of marketing, marcom, event coordination, or project management experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience coordinating trade shows, meetings, or events strongly preferredGeneral understanding of marketing fundamentals, marketing communications, and project coordinationAbility to adapt quickly and manage multiple competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in an onsite, team-oriented environmentMedical device or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not requiredPreferred Traits:Self-starter with a proactive mindsetAgile and flexible team playerStrong project management capabilitiesPositive attitude with willingness to support a variety of marketing activitiesAbility to thrive in a dynamic startup environmentComfortable working in a role with evolving responsibilitiesThis is an opportunity to join a growing startup medical device company where you will have direct visibility with leadership and the ability to make an immediate impact.
