Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, a leading Michigan law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to help individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, and business succession matters. Responsibilities Advise clients on sophisticated estate, gift, GST, and income tax planning strategies. Draft and implement Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and business succession documents. Counsel fiduciaries in estate and trust administration. Prepare and oversee estate, fiduciary income, and gift tax returns. Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Collaborate with experienced partners on complex planning matters. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in estate planning, strong technical tax knowledge, exceptional drafting and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Admitted to the Michigan State Bar or eligible for prompt admission. Significant experience handling sophisticated estate planning matters.
