Create a memorable golf experience for guests on behalf of Arrowood Golf Course Ensure all company guidelines and safety precautions are followed while performing the work Operational Be aware of operations as you could be asked frequent questions due to your immediate accessibility Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct |Perform or assist with any tasks as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules Notify supervisor / manager of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional resources, material, and supplies Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned Assist with monthly inventory and order supplies as needed Tactical Maximize guest & customer satisfaction, creating a memorable experience for visitors Provide courteous & prompt service, respond to questions in a knowledgeable, consider, manner Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and provide exceptional guest service Operate a point-of-sale system to charge guests merchandise and/or rental purchases Communicate and respond by phone, email and in person regarding inquires, course conditions and special member events Promote and sell merchandise, events, and communicate current promotions to guests Properly check-in and process tee times and merchandise into correct buckets. Tidy, dust and maintain the overall appearance of the Golf Shop Follow outside golf cart/range procedures daily Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Know & adhere to company’s vision statement Know & adhere to company’s mission statement Provide excellent customer service to guests, event attendees, employees, & anyone who visits the golf course. #J-18808-Ljbffr
