• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Clinical Information:

• Number of Beds: 12
• Support Staff: RNs, CT/XR tech, security
• Procedures and vent management required
  • All core EM procedures
• Daily Census: 20s-30s
• Must be willing to work at all FSEDs associated

Required:

• Flexibility in Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in ABEM only
• Active FL License
• ACLS/BLS/PALS/ATLS
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role
