Senior Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) – Large-Scale HOA Community Campbell Property Management • Full time • Boca Raton, United States • Posted on 05/28/2026 Compensation – Up to $150,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the operations of a large-scale HOA community consisting of more than 1,000 single-family homes, extensive clubhouse amenities, and tennis facilities. This high-visibility leadership role is ideal for a seasoned HOA professional with strong operational expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven background in construction oversight, capital projects, and large-community management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and capable of successfully managing multiple departments, vendors, projects, and resident relations in a fast-paced environment.
