Job Details Location: Boca Raton, FL 33433 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Day Job Category: Real Estate What You’ll Be Doing Oversee day‑to‑day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination. Hire, train, schedule, and support on‑site leasing and maintenance teams to foster a positive culture. Collaborate with marketing partners to promote the property and renew existing leases. Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track. Serve as the primary contact for the community, resolving concerns and welcoming new residents. Conduct regular property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements. Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements. What We’re Looking For At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years of team leadership. Detail‑obsessed, organized, and able to prioritize deadlines. Clear, calm, and professional communication skills. Customer‑focused with the ability to make residents feel heard and valued. Financially savvy—knowledge of rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management. Tech‑comfortable with property management systems (e.g., Entrata) and Microsoft Office. Positive, proactive, and solution‑oriented leadership style. Qualifications and Required Skills Treat all residents with concern and care; maintain integrity, honesty, and ethics. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills without typos. Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, staff, and management. Respectful, responsible, and maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet goals. Team player with excellent leadership, supervisory, analytical, and reasoning skills. Sales‑oriented with an understanding of sales techniques and processes. Able to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience managing large multifamily real estate properties. Minimum of 4 years of residential property management with proven leasing or sales experience and at least 2 years supervising two or more employees. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts; high‑school graduate‑level mathematical proficiency. Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned vehicles or personal vehicle for work. Physical Requirements Must work on the busiest days, including Friday, Saturday, at least one Sunday per month, and holidays. Occasional driving for business purposes. General office environment; lift or move items up to 10 pounds; walk, climb stairs, and perform tasks in various weather conditions. Additional Information FLSA Status: Exempt.
