Immix Biopharma, Inc. (ImmixBio) is seeking a Senior Associate Counsel to join the Corporate Strategy Team. This role focuses on transactional work, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth. You will oversee contracting, regulatory documents, and assist in investor relations and fundraising, working with regulatory, strategy, and finance teams.
