Job Opportunity: Production Machine Operator - 1st Shift with Ditsch USA Cincinnati, OH

Ditsch USA is looking for a Machine Operator - Food Industry to join our Production team at the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 on 1st shift . This hands-on role supports daily production by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, completing documentation, and helping ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed.
• Weekends may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently
• Perform product quality checks throughout the shift
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Load and replenish production materials
• Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals

Great Backgrounds for This Position
You may be a fit if you have worked as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Packaging Operator, Food Production Worker, Assembly Associate, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Production Technician, Equipment Operator, or Line Operator. Food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for dependable individuals who are eager to learn.
