Job Description We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. This is a physically active, outdoor position perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in people’s homes and businesses. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including: Window Cleaning (interior & exterior) Pressure Washing (Houses, Patios, Decks etc.) Gutter Cleaning & Flushing Window Tinting & Filming application (if trained) Holiday Lighting Operate and maintain tools, ladders, pressure washers, and company vehicles Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and customer satisfaction Communicate professionally with customers and answer service-related questions Promote Window Genie’s additional services during customer visits Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times Complete job reports and process customer payments as needed Why We’re Looking for You Self-Starter & Problem Solver: We need team members who can think on their feet, take initiative, and tackle any challenge that comes their way.
