Director of Restaurant Operations – Chicago Restaurant Group

Salary: Up to $130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Are you a proven multi-unit leader ready to make an impact with one of Chicago's growing restaurant groups? We're seeking an experienced Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee a portfolio of upscale and casual dining concepts, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across every location.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee restaurants generating more than $15 million in annual sales , mentor and develop management teams, improve profitability, and ensure every concept consistently delivers outstanding hospitality. You'll work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, new restaurant openings, and the continued growth of the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Director of Operations with a multi-unit restaurant brand
• Proven success leading both upscale and casual dining concepts
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen
• Experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing leadership teams
• Passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and creating exceptional guest experiences
