Accounts Receivable Analyst
Trident Consulting is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for one of our industry-leading clients.
Role: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $27/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Handle invoicing, cash application, collections follow-up, and account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and aged balances
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and AR reports
- Assist with audit requests and financial documentation
- Work with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve issues
- Support process improvements and maintain compliance with accounting standards
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations experience
- Strong knowledge of AR processes, reconciliations, collections, and cash applications
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
- Ability to resolve transactional issues independently
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
