See for yourself at What You'll Do: Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across Georgia and South Carolina Conduct legal research and discovery, prepare for trial, and represent clients in hearings and alternative dispute resolution Draft well-organized memoranda, pleadings, and client correspondence Work directly with the Firm's partners and staff on a diverse client portfolio, including larger corporate clients Think independently and creatively to develop practical, valuable solutions for clients Get involved in business development and marketing for the Firm, with support and encouragement along the way What We're Looking For: Barred in Georgia or South Carolina; however, South Carolina bar admission is highly desired Recent law graduates through candidates with up to 5 years of practice experience are encouraged to apply Strong academic record Prior professional, tax, business, or writing experience a plus Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills High ethical standards and a strong sense of responsibility Self-motivated with a strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
