Description Job Description: Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control Required Skills & Abilities At least one (1) year of bartending experience required Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds TABC and Food Handler certification required Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance Matching 401k Paid time off Holiday pay Hotel discount program Licenses and Certifications Bartending License Certified Food Handler Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
