The Line Cook Hawks Peak is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality food in alignment with Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel's elevated service standards. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized kitchen, following strict food safety protocols, and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to guests in a timely and professional manner.

The position type is full-time, non-exempt, and the shift is swing, with weekends required.

• None

Skills and abilities:

• Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of food preparation under pressure.
• Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and the operation of grills, roast-and-hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, fryers, etc.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• One (1) year of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) cooking experience or comparable.
