What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Cook at Snoqualmie Mexican Food Truck, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality Mexican dishes according to our established recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Managing food preparation and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen or food truck environment.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a passion for creating great food.
