Human Resource Generalist
Commence onboarding process by creating and sending offer letter, and welcome email with information
Follow onboarding and notification procedures with appropriate departments (e.g., IT and Credentialing)
Conduct pre-hire procedures to ascertain pre-hire requirements and paperwork
Determine if a hire has been cleared to begin employment
When a hire is cleared to start send clearance email & HRIS registration invitation
Ensure and NHO process is planned and communicated to appropriate and necessary parti
Track, maintain and update NHO schedule as needed.
Ensure the NHO trainings are entered in the HRIS system
