Manager - Cell and Gene Therapy

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff through hiring, development, performance management, and mentoring
• Monitor daily laboratory operations for quality, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project activities across internal and support functions
• Define and monitor performance metrics for quality and productivity
• Review and approve laboratory investigations, deviations, and QA audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 5-8 years relevant experience in laboratory or related field
• 2+ years of management responsibility
• Understanding of GMP/GLP practices and laboratory requirements
• Proven project management and financial acumen
• Strong written and oral communication skills
