Land Use Attorney

Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom We are currently seeking Land Use Attorneys to work with some of the world's largest companies across multiple industries. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: Represent clients in securing zoning approvals, land use entitlements, variances, conditional use permits, and subdivision approvals. Advise on federal, state, and local land use, planning, and environmental regulations affecting development projects. Prepare and present applications before planning commissions, zoning boards, and municipal governing bodies. Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and government agencies to resolve permitting and regulatory issues. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with zoning, land use, permitting, planning, and environmental regulations. Proven ability to represent clients before planning commissions, zoning boards, and governmental agencies. Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
