As a Senior Sales Engineer, you turn product capability into buying decisions. You partner directly with Account Executives as a co-owner of deal outcomes.You'll run discovery workshops, design solutions, build and deliver product demonstrations, lead proof-of-value engagements, and own content creation. You'll work across multiple strategic accounts and multiple AEs. The scope is broad because the expectation is high: you move without being asked, figure things out quickly, and connect technical depth to commercial outcomes.This role also sits at the intersection of Sales and Product. You'll surface field intelligence, influence the roadmap, and help shape how UiPath/WorkFusion goes to market including co-creating demos, contributing to webinars and analyst briefings, and helping build partner enablement programs. This role has real range and real influence for someone who wants both.What you'll do at UiPathDeal ExecutionOwn the solution side of the sales process across the full cycle, from qualification through close and expansionBuild and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements that make the value concreteLead discovery workshops to surface real requirements; translate them into solution designs and WorkFusion business casesOperate across multiple AEs and strategic accounts without losing depth or precisionInternal ImpactCollaborate with Product and Engineering to design new demos that solve real industry problems and align with our delivery approachBring field insight back into the organization proactively and consistentlyMentor other members of the solutions consulting team; share what you've learned from the field, from product updates, from what worked and what didn'tPartner with Marketing on industry events, analyst briefings, and webinars; serve as the voice of the customer on solutions-related materialsEcosystem & StrategyDefine and influence go-to-market strategy for strategic partnerships; educate partner sales and solutions teams so they can carry the message independentlyStay current on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics and apply that context directly in dealsMaintain deep platform knowledge through direct collaboration with product owners, engineering, and industry consultantsA note on AI fluency: UiPath’s culture and WorkFusion’s within it are deeply AI-native. Candidates already working this way will recognize the leverage immediately.What you'll bring to the team5+ years in a pre-sales, consulting, or technical account management role ideally in B2B SaaSDemonstrated fluency with LLMs as working toolsPractical understanding of intelligent automation, RPA, machine learning, or adjacent technologies, including the ability to clearly articulate technical architectureExcellent communicator across formats (i.e., discovery conversations, executive presentations, written proposals, and live demos) with the ability to adjust depth and register by audienceProactive by default.
