By deeply understanding customer needs, you'll adeptly position technical solutions to address their business needs. Delivering technical presentations on a wide spectrum of HP solutions, you'll establish trust as a reliable technical advisor. Furthermore, you'll work closely with the sales team, contributing to both new business acquisition and customer retention efforts.What We SeekUniversity or bachelor's degree (preferred), along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.Successful candidates will excel in building robust relationships with technical decision-makers, possess a comprehensive understanding of the IT industry and its key technologies, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.Experience with Modern Desktop and Modern Management is highly desirable, as is a background in service sales and Presales technical support.Certifications in Modern management/desktop, Security, Cloud, and AI a plus.We value candidates who exhibit a strong drive for self-improvement and can effectively balance customer engagement with continuous technical skill development.A thriving Sales Engineer at HP is expected to possess in-depth knowledge of HP hardware and solutions.Additionally, candidates should either possess or be committed to acquiring industry expertise in areas such as IT security, OS deployment, and driver management.SalaryThe on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $131,500.00 - $193,950.00 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
