Gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.Fast-Paced Environment: Work on cutting-edge technology with a dynamic, innovative team.Impactful Work: Support critical programs that make a difference in national security.WHAT YOU’LL DO Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations, and maintain accurate procurement records.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field2+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurementExperience with aerospace/defense industry standards, ITAR compliance, and FAR/DFAR regulationsAbility to read technical drawings and blueprintsAbility to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CAPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.US Salary Range$98,000—$130,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
