Float Pool Registered Nurse

Genesis HCC seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation units. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse post-acute and long-term care patients, adapting quickly to different unit needs and workflows. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, care coordination, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. RNs also educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and uphold Genesis’ standards for safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
