As Plant Director, you will be at the helm of a high-impact operation, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation in alignment with our global mission.This is more than a plant leadership role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy infrastructure across North America.Your MissionReporting directly to the Vice President of Power Distribution Manufacturing, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the Marshall plant, overseeing a team of 500+ and managing a complex, high-volume production environment.
