About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of residents to identify and develop personalized therapy plans

• Providing individualized physical therapy treatments to help residents achieve their goals, including strengthening, flexibility, and mobility exercises

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans

• Monitoring and documenting resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Educating residents, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for residents

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify resident needs and develop goals

• Provide individual and group physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure successful outcomes
