Nonqualified Retirement Plan Team Summer Intern (Service & Operations)

Our internship program offers practical corporate work experience that could lead to full‑time work after graduation. This hybrid internship is designed for senior‑year students graduating spring 2027 in Lake Mary, FL, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, 40hours per week, starting in June and ending in August, paying $20 per hour. The role provides hands‑on experience, professional development, and exposure to real business projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to meaningful work. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily departmental operations, projects, and administrative tasks. Conduct research and compile data to support team initiatives. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and process improvements. Create or update documentation, reports, and presentations as needed. Support special projects such as events, client deliverables, or internal initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to gain exposure to different aspects of the team and organization. Qualifications Current student pursuing a degree in a relevant major (e.g., Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, Communications). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. Preferred Skills (Nice-to‑Have) Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
