Here’s what you can expect: Patient volume : Lower than industry norms, expecting less than 12 patients per day Visit structure : 1:1 patient care Documentation : AI‑supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after‑hours work Schedules : Predictable, thoughtfully built schedules Care decisions : PT‑led clinical autonomy. You decide the plan of care Support staff : Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow so you can focus on being a clinician If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. Professional development is part of your workweek, not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements: 2 paid mentorship hours per week for your first 12 weeks Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month) Core‑4 Series to align clinical decision‑making and PATTOTL principles In‑house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more) We invest $15,000+ in your professional development in your first 18‑24 months. Specialty services include orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, dry needling, and more.
