Requirements: Florida Bar admittance, and in good standing. J.D. from an accredited School of Law, with strong credentials. 5+ Yrs within Commercial Litigation, particularly within complex litigation, business torts, class actions etc. Strong litigation experience, including motion practice, depositions, mediations.
