Job Description Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures Provide clerical support byrecording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests May assist with production planning and special projects Qualifications Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Basic knowledge of Google Applications Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills must be excellent Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $17.00- $24.40/ hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
