Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a Business Office Manager to join our growing team!

The Business Office Manager is a key member of the Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center leadership team who will be responsible for facilitating and supervising all business office functions under the direction of the Administrator and AR Director. To be most successful in this role, you will be a highly organized professional who takes pride in their work and is always looking for ways to improve workflow processes.

• Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications

• Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests per collection policy

• Prepare daily deposits

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable

• Oversee all aspects of Payroll

• Supervise Business Office Staff

• Complete additional duties at the discretion of management

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate degree in accounting or related field experience preferred

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and VA billing practices

• Familiarity with accounting procedures and computerized office systems

• Microsoft Office experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Professional team player with a commitment to maintaining reliable attendance
