Executive DirectorAn Executive Director oversees and demonstrates ownership for the overall growth and continuous development of each operational line of business (Quality, Food Safety, Hospitality, and Drive-Thru). They ensure Operational Excellence and that we are executing on all tenants of the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy.General Duties & Responsibilities:Oversees all restaurant operations (AM focus: breakfast & lunch. PM focus: afternoon and dinner.)Develops a culture of growth-minded team members & leaders, primarily serving as coach to respective CoordinatorsCreates a culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosityMaintains vision alignment with Operator and Director teamCollaborates, partners, & supports the Marketing and Talent Directors in their department initiativesExecutes leadership and people development for full teamDisplays high sense of ownership over their daypart and its results, accountability over our systems, and passion about high standardsCreates, leads, and implements systems that are the standard for operational innovation and a high performance teamOversees disciplinary actions and accountability through point systemsSubmits monthly business goals meant to drive performance in the business and stimulate growthMust be 18 years or older with relevant Chick-fil-A leadership experience.
