CAPPS Financials Asset Management Analyst (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2) Location: Austin, TX (Primarily Remote) Work Authorization: Must currently reside in TX, AZ, KY, TN, GA, SC, NC, or FL Position Type: Long-Term Contract Join a Large Enterprise ERP Team We're looking for an experienced CAPPS Financials Asset Management Analyst with strong PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 expertise to support a large enterprise financial system. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior functional analyst who enjoys solving complex business challenges, supporting mission-critical financial applications, and working alongside technical and business teams to improve enterprise operations. What You'll Be Doing As the functional expert for the PeopleSoft Asset Management (AM) module, you will: Support daily operations, maintenance, and enhancements of the Asset Management module Configure and maintain: Asset Books Asset Profiles Construction in Progress (CIP) Asset Transfers Asset Retirements Asset Accounting Support integrations between Asset Management and other PeopleSoft Financial modules such as: Purchasing Accounts Payable Troubleshoot production issues and provide advanced functional support Gather business requirements and recommend system improvements Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), upgrades, and software releases Support year-end financial processing activities Monitor batch jobs and resolve processing issues Create functional design documents and business specifications Work closely with developers on enhancements involving SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and Application Designer Participate in disaster recovery testing and major system upgrades Mentor junior team members and collaborate across technical and functional teams Required Qualifications We're looking for someone with: 10+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 experience Strong functional expertise with the Asset Management (AM) module Experience configuring and supporting enterprise PeopleSoft Financials Advanced SQL skills Experience with: Application Designer SQRBI Publisher Integration Broker Experience supporting enterprise production environments Strong troubleshooting and production support experience Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes Experience with UAT, regression testing, and release management Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch Understanding of ERP security, governance, and best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience supporting any of the following PeopleSoft Financial modules is a plus: Purchasing Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable & Billing Project Costing Strategic Sourcing Travel & Expense Additional experience with enterprise financial system integrations or ITIL/ITSM practices is also highly desirable.
