Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Prior experience working in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of psychological and educational assessment tools and practices
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative work with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and observations to identify student strengths and challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies

• Provide individual and group counseling to address students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to inform instructional strategies and accommodations
• Support school-wide initiatives around crisis intervention, behavioral intervention, and positive school climate
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
