Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide customer quotes
• Enter sales orders and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate and arrange freight carriers for customer shipments
• Communicate with customers and internal departments
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, operations, logistics, or administrative support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
