Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80 This facility is seeking an Obstetric and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 11-19-2026 - 09-01-2027; call only; preferably weekdays; 3-4 24-hour shifts per month; 24 hours off required between shifts Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology laborist coverage; approximately 120 deliveries per month. Physicians perform approximately 65% of deliveries and must be comfortable working with a midwife, vaginal birth after cesarean deliveries, and cesarean sections. There are 16 labor, delivery, and postpartum rooms and 1 obstetrics-dedicated operating room. Credentialing Timeframe: 45-120 days Electronic Medical Record: Epic Certifications Required: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology; Obstetrics and Gynecology fellowship required Licensure Required: North Dakota medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility Facility Location North Dakota's largest city, Fargo is best known to many as the namesake of the 1996 Cohen Brothers film.
