The Role:

• Location: Fargo, ND 58103-6132
• Assignment duration: 11/19/2026 - 9/1/2027
• Shift Type: 24-hour laborist shifts. Prefer weekdays; 3-4 24-hour shifts per month if possible. Require 24 hours off between shifts.
• Open shifts: November: 20, 23-29; December: 3, 8, 14, 23-31; January: 1-3. Provider must be able to work at least half of these open shifts in order to bid.
• Cases: Laborist coverage including routine and complicated deliveries, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBACs, and postpartum care. Comfortable working with midwives.
• Site Charting System: Epic (strongly preferred)
• Beds in Department: 16 labor/delivery/postpartum rooms
• OB dedicated OR: 1
• Deliveries per month: About 120 (physicians perform approximately 65% of deliveries)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-120 days
