Read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to join our team.**Impact You'll Make* Lead the execution of complex restructuring and insolvency engagements, helping clients stabilize operations and position for long-term success.* Serve as a trusted advisor to management teams, lenders, legal counsel, and other key stakeholders throughout restructuring processes.* Deliver high-quality financial analyses and technical accounting solutions related to bankruptcy, Fresh-Start accounting, and corporate reorganizations.* Develop and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.* Support practice growth through business development, relationship management, and delivery of exceptional client service.What You'll Do* Lead engagement workstreams across a variety of restructuring, insolvency, and turnaround engagements involving both middle-market and large multinational organizations.* Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with management teams, lenders, creditors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.* Direct the preparation and review of 13-week cash flow forecasts, liquidity analyses, distressed-company financial models, and other restructuring-related analyses.* Lead Fresh-Start accounting (ASC 852) engagements, including planning, implementation, valuation coordination, systems readiness, and post-emergence validation.* Participate in and support negotiations with lenders, secured creditors, and other stakeholders related to debt restructurings and claims resolution.* Review technical accounting research, financial analyses, client deliverables, and court-related documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.* Oversee the preparation of written reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.* Mentor, coach, and develop Analysts and Senior Consultants through formal and informal training, performance feedback, and career development support.* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business development initiatives.* Represent Stout in client meetings, working sessions, creditor discussions, and court-related proceedings, as applicable.* Contribute to practice development initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts across the Corporate Recovery Services team.What You Bring* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
