Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Travel Physical Therapist Assistant Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will assist patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility and function under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. A recruiter will follow up to provide assignment details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Missouri PTA license required prior to the start of assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility evaluations preferred. Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
