This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney specializing in immigration law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting detailed research, preparing and filing immigration applications, and representing clients in labor and employment-related immigration matters. Key tasks include analyzing cases, preparing legal documents, and developing strategies to best support clients through complex immigration proceedings.
- Knowledge and experience in Law, with a focus on Immigration and Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and developing client-specific legal strategies
- Strong Research skills to analyze cases and interpret evolving immigration policies
- Negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience in immigration law processes, including H-1B, PERM, and family-based petitions
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with AI and legal tech tools is a plus
